Harmony

Doucheaholic /dōōSHə’hôlik/ n. 1. Person suffering from douche-ness.
2. One who is so totally a douchebag, that they can do nothing but perform every task as a douchebag.

Welcome dear reader. I’ve had many names in my many lives, and Harmony is the name I was bestowed in this one. My gift is the healing of minds, bodies and souls through the art of yoga. My practice with the Doucheaholics connects my spirit with a deep sense of community, catharsis and character growth. I am so sympathetic to emotional vibrations, I sense and share the feelings of those around me at all times. Even yours as you read this. Be well my flower children. Namaste.

Syra McCarthy

Syra was was introduced to the world of film at an early age, acting in productions directed by aspiring filmmaker and older brother Sean. At age seven, she made her screen debut playing the younger version of Sean’s character in his feature film Last Day in the Suburban Jungle, and was later featured in his acclaimed short Raging Cyclist. Syra played the lead role in the short film Boxed Up, for which she was nominated for Breakthrough Female Action Star at the Action on Film Festival in Los Angeles. Her credits also include a leading role in the web series String Theory, and print and commercial work for Dell, Full Dive VR, Qualcomm, and most notably the San Francisco Giants. In addition to her time in front of the lens, Syra also directs. Her short experimental dance film premiered at the San Francisco Dance Film Festival, and she has also spent time in South Africa and Cambodia documenting programs for Reach Out Volunteers.
